Samenvatting

Direct conversion of methane to methanol with in-situ generated H2O2 is successfully demonstrated using a catalytic microchannel which is obtained by embedding Au-Pd nanoparticles on the silica-coated walls of a microcapillary. Compared to the data reported in the literature for the same process, a significantly improved productivity is observed.
