Samenvatting
For electromagnetic simulations in the field of neurostimulation, excitations typically range up to kHz frequencies. The Finite Element Method (FEM) is often used
in such situations. Here we show that the accuracy of FEM solvers does not benefit from mesh size refinement and that this results in an optimal mesh size that is well above the desired mesh size from a practical point of view (mm-sized voxels).
