Samenvatting
Negotiation on a legally binding Global Plastic Treaty, after two years of discussions among various parties, has entered a stalemate due to divided interests. The negotiation is scheduled to resume in early August this year to address the missing consensus. Closing the gaps around disagreements requires systemic-level capacity building.
