Samenvatting

While utilities globally, for different reasons, are shifting to more data-driven asset management decisions, they still struggle with implementing a data-driven end-to-end asset performance and investment approach to create business value effectively. This paper shows a case study enabling successful data-driven decision support using validated failure statistics, asset condition forecasting providing long term intervention scenarios with costs, quantified risk and KPI impact, followed by Optimization of the intervention options library.
