Samenvatting
Due to changes in Dutch retail planning policies, the interaction between public and private actors is an important determinant of the decision result. Making the decision making process and the power positions explicit, will lead to a better understanding of how interactions between actors contribute to the decision result. In this study, these power positions are analyzed by reconstructing decision making processes of two (Dutch) retail development initiatives for Mega Malls in out-oftown locations.
