Samenvatting
The global incidence rate of cancer cases increases with 18 Mio. (2018) new diagnosis a year. Most patients get a standard therapy, which is often not the best fit. The key problem is that each patient and each tumor responses differently to drugs. Here we address solid tumor biopsies from colon cancer patients. We present high-throughput drug-screening, which allows to determine the efficiency of individual and combinatorial drugs, including antibodies, pathway inhibitors or cytokines to recommend the best personalized therapy for the patient.
