Samenvatting

Capacitive electrodes are a promising candidate for the development of an unobtrusive and long-term monitoring tool to assess fetus health conditions (eg., ECG, fECG, EHG), thanks to their potential of sensing via clothes. However, motion artifacts (MAs) remain an unsolved issue and obstruct reliable use. This poster presents a classification of MAs in capacitive sensors, the modeling techniques and an overview of the prior MA reduction methods.
