Samenvatting

Chatbots are increasingly used in many health care applications and are a useful tool to interact with patients without the need of human intervention. However, if not carefully built and employed, patients could face adverse effects from the interaction with these systems, especially when they are in a vulnerable state of mind. This article explores some of the legal issues regarding the use of conversational agents aimed at offering psychological support.
