Samenvatting
Normally the roof is the part of building which gets minimal attention to use for
integration with the comfort system of the building. This is striking, as the roof is an important possible building component for containing sustainable energy systems. The sustainable energy possible options are often only considered in a final stage of the design project, when there are almost no possibilities left. Within the 6th framework Pan-European EUR-ACTIVE ROOFer projects aims are development of methodology for supporting new opportunities for increased sustainability.
A new integral design methodology to support a collaborative design approach is presented.
