The present invention relates to the use of a composition (Zl), at least containing an elastomer (El) and a conductivity-imparting additive (Al) based at least 90% on carbon, for producing an electrically heatable molded article for the automotive field, wherein the composition (Zl) has a Shore A hardness, determined according to DIN 53505, in the range from 30 to 95, an electrical specific transition resistance, determined according to ISO 3915, ofless than Ix 102 ohm x cm and greater than
0.01 ohm x cm, and an elongation at tear, determined according to DIN 53504, of greater than 300%. The present invention further relates to a method for producing an electrically heatable molded article for the automotive field comprising a composition (ZI), and to electrically heatable molded articles for the automotive field comprising a composition (Zl ).
