Samenvatting

We used our recently developed Solid-State Impedance-Matched Marx Generator (IMG) to generate Plasma-Activated Water (PAW). In this work, we compare three methods to connect the IMG to the PAW-reactor: A direct connection, a 1-m cable, and a 16-m cable. The direct connection and 1-m cable cause pulse elongation, which could be compensated using a parallel resistive load. The 16-m cable preserves the pulse shape, but introduces extra voltage pulses on the reactor from reflections. With the 16-m and 1-m cable we perform various plasma experiments to find the influence of the pulse shape on PAW species production.
