Samenvatting

This work reports an improvement on molecular sensing platforms simply by introducing reagent homogeneity solutions. The improvement under investigation lays on terms of molecular sensor elongated readout time. Said homogeneity is achieved by magnetic micro mixing enhancement methods. The novelty in this report is in the effect of magnetic micro bead mixing in a rotating vertical magnetic field, so that we achieve better and faster mixing, on molecular sensing platforms such as the bioluminescent sensor for antibody detection and quantification (LUMABS).
