Samenvatting
As connectedness and multi-actor involvement increase in supply chains, they are becoming more vulnerable to risks and disruptions. This research proposes a supply chain risk assessment method adopting a collaborative value network lens on supply chains. It provides methodological support to identify, assess and mitigate supply chain risks collaboratively, aiming at reducing information asymmetry among the supply chain actors. Design science research is adopted to develop and evaluate the proposed method. The method is evaluated in a focus group study based on its application in a real business case. The evaluation resulted in positive evidence supporting the method's usefulness, ease of use, completeness, and fit with the organization.
