Samenvatting
The business service paradigm offers a set of design concerns to aid organizations in creating service architectures to define and manage their services. To utilize the paradigm in an organizational setting, scholars have proposed operational procedures called service identification methods and techniques. However, there is a misalignment between the design concerns associated with business services, and the design concerns the service identification methods and techniques address. Recognizing this issue, this study investigates service identification methods and techniques by means of a systematic literature review to increase the understanding of the extent to which methods and techniques address the design concerns.
