Samenvatting
The Pound-Drever-Hall (PDH) frequency stabilization of an integrated semiconductor laser using an internal modulation is presented. A frequency noise suppression of 58dB is achieved. We further demonstrate how a stabilized and modulated carrier can be used in a high resolution Fabry Perot displacement sensor.
