Samenvatting
This abstract presents a sub-harmonic abstraction oscillator-based sub-THz reference signal generator in a 22-nm FDSOI technology. The reference signal generation is a bottleneck in the THz sensing field, especially with the solid-state circuit method. The sub-harmonics abstraction with the dual-tank method achieves a 25 mW DC power consumption with a 0.15 THz output frequency, and its output power achieves −23 dBm, with could drive the next amplifier stage as a THz reference generation.
