Samenvatting

We have applied passive spectroscopy combined with a collisional radiative model to investigate a low-pressure surface wave sustained plasma in argon. For some diagnostics it is required to add exta gases for example to determine a rotational temperature or to measure Stark broadening of Balmer lines. We present some diagnostic results of the influence of these moleculs on the argon system. The final aim of this study is to compare from several diagnostic methods with each other.
