Samenvatting

We successfully demonstrate, for the first time, error-free 320-Gb/s all-optical wavelength conversion using cross-gain modulation in a quantum-dot semiconductor optical amplifier. We further demonstrate full C-band operation at 160-Gb/s with low power penalties. © 2011 OSA.
