Luan Fiorio is enrolled in the PhD program of the Signal Processing Systems Group at the Eindhoven University of Technology. His research is focused on audio processing and machine/deep learning.
Academic background
Luan holds a Bachelor's (2020) and a Master's (2022) degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Catarina State University, Brazil. His undergraduate research focused on the emulation of tube preamplifiers using neural networks. In his master's thesis, he proposed a robust solution for the Virtual Reference Feedback Tuning (VRFT) method using swarm intelligence algorithms.
