Jennifer van den Berg currently works at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Innovation Sciences of the Technical University in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Jennifer investigates the influence of power dynamics on intra and interorganizational resilience within the context of the Dutch home care and maternity care. She is doing this by using both a single and a comparative case approach, employing qualitative data collection and analysis methods. She previously published on the topic of change agents for corporate sustainability in Journal of Cleaner Production. Jennifer’s research interests are in the field of organizational change and development and the role of employee behavior therein, with the ultimate aim of creating a blueprint for the sustainable organization. Jennifer has been a teaching assistant for the bachelor course Advancing Light for Human Functioning at TUe for three consecutive years. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences and a Master’s degree in Sustainable Business & Innovation, both attained at Utrecht University.
