Research profile

Inge Hulshof, MSc studied industrial and organizational psychology at the University of Groningen (2011). She worked as a consultant for two years before starting her PhD at Eindhoven University of Technology in 2014. Her research focuses on employee well-being, performance enhancement, unemployment and employability. Since 2016 she is the owner of Hulshof Career Development, an organization that provides training and advice for organizations and employees regarding sustainable employability issues.
