Research profile

Corine Post works as a Project Manager at the Research Support Office. At the moment, Corine is Project Manager for the Horizon Europe project AIGGREGATE and the Marie Curie Doctoral Network project PATTERN, both with the Electrical Engineering faculty. Together with the Principal Investigator, she is responsible for overseeing the project's implementation. One of her key roles is to act as the primary point of contact for the European Committee, beneficiaries, supervisors, and fellows.

Academic background

Corine obtained her bachelor's and master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Groningen. She continued her career in Enschede and Nijmegen, focusing on knee prosthesis research as a researcher and PhD candidate. Hereafter, she worked as a postdoctoral researcher at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona, studying knee arthrosis. Her growing interest in the management aspects of research led her to transition away from the research environment to develop her project management skills.
