Bei Wang

Bei Wang, a PhD candidate of Information Systems in the Built Environment (ISBE) group, at Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). She specializes in energy efficiency and occupant behaviors at household and neighborhood levels. With prior majors in civil engineering management and real estate operations, coupled with a 3-year working background in policy consulting, she possesses a comprehensive understanding of building construction, operations, and policy formulation. Her research endeavors to achieve Positive Energy Neighborhoods (PEN) by optimizing occupant behaviors without compromising comfort, while simultaneously aiming to minimize investment requirements and reduce CO2 emissions.
