(Cryo) ultramicrotome: Leica UC7/FC7

The Leica Cryomicrotome UC7/FC7 is a microtome for the preparation of consistent high-quality semi- and ultrathin sections (20 to 150 nm thick) as well as perfect, smooth surfaces of broad range of samples for TEM, SEM, AFM and LM examination. Equipped with the EM FC7 low-temperature sectioning unit this setup provides the possibility for microtomy at both room temperature and under cryo conditions.
