This course is the extension of the innovation Space Bachelor End Projects, and cannot be followed separately. Students who choose to do their BEP at innovation Space will receive these extra 5 ECTS when they successfully complete the course.Throughout the project, many activities are organized to assist the students in their development. Students will learn competencies that are specific for ISBEP (i.e., related to the interdisciplinary project), and are expected to internalize these skills and demonstrate sufficient growth throughout the project.
Doelstellingen
In addition to the learning objectives that are specified by each student’s respective department, the following learning objectives will be assessed:
On individual level, students are able to:
- Identify the needs of different stakeholders and integrate them in a viable solution.
- Identify the interdisciplinary problem that needs to be solved, and its disciplinary components.
- Reflect on the role that they have played in the interdisciplinary team, and its impact on professional identity.
- Manage a situation where there is no clear answer to their problem.
On group level, students are able to:
- Integrate the individual components into a working / experiential demonstrator
- Apply the knowledge from different disciplines in a project & integrate them into a viable solution
- Communicate and collaborate with people from other disciplines.
