Inner City Modular High Rise is one of three courses that together form the Construction Technology certificate program. The course addresses the issue of design, tender and construction process from the perspective of a construction company by describing the integral process of a tender. In addition to the contractual and environmental forms with the associated responsibilities and the organization of the project, attention is paid to the relevant social themes that ultimately make the difference.
