Corporate Real Estate Management (CREM) is a professional discipline that focuses on providing maximum added value to the organization, through an optimal alignment of the properties with the employee and the corporate strategy and goals. In this course, many possible strategies are discussed and how to implement them in an existing CRE portfolio. Also, the so-called new ways of (hybrid) working will be studied by looking at behaviours of knowledge workers. Different strategic management tools for CRE managers are explained as well. The case assignments, address potential interventions and a qualitative business case to implement them.
