In this Challenge Based Learning (CBL) course, teams of 7-10 students will embark on a comprehensive journey encompassing the design, construction, and testing of a wireless energy transfer system. Within the framework of this project, students will not only engage in the technical aspects of designing power electronic converters, crafting transformers and inductors, and implementing energy flow control mechanisms but will also tackle real-world challenges and constraints. Additionally, they will have the exciting opportunity to integrate a sustainable energy source, such as solar or wind power, into their designs, further enhancing their understanding of eco-friendly technologies and their practical applications.
