A new act was proposed to allow for 'dragging' the electronic means, wired as well as wireless, by the Dutch security services. A referundum was held so this talk tried to explain why the new act was a bad idea. It was (and is because despite winning the referundum the law as nevertheless approved by Parliament), allowing for mass surveillance.
