A mobile, non-intrusive, biomedical system for fetalECG monitoring has been designed. By using electrodes placedon the belly of a pregnant woman, the system is capable ofmeasuring the electrocardiograph of the fetus without the need oftrained personnel. Because the system uses Bluetooth Smart, themeasurements can be visualized on any system which is BluetoothSmart enabled. The system can run for 8 days on a single coincell battery, while transmitting measurement data to a monitoring device.
