In this paper, a Sustainability Impact Assessment Model (SIAM) will be presented which is model that analyzes sustainability impacts as a result of (re)arranging urban functions in an urban environment. This tool is a solution for the demand for an offensive and more integrated approach in sustainable urban development by means of arranging urban land uses. The tool combines a calculation method - based on majority additive? ordered weighted average (MA?OWA) - and Analytical Hierarchy Process. The tool is operationalized using input from experts in the field of sustainable developments. This tool can be used as both a measurement and a communication tool.
