Abstract

X-ray induced fluorencence measurements, using high energy synchrotron radiation extracted from the Secor I Insertion Device beamline at the Advanced Photon Source, were performed on a metal-halide lamp containing Hg an DyI3. Density distributions of Hg and Dy show significant acial and radial segregation of Dy.
