Abstract
Coherent vision on urban affairs and urban policy and an examination of the practical measures to be taken in the coming years (15 to 20 years) in the various policy areas and at various levels, in order to give a new dynamic focus to cities and life in cities. The book consists of 2 parts. Part 1 contains the content of the urban policy. Part 2 describes the practice of planning and administrative design.
