Abstract

The energy and volume consumption of a hybrid membrane system with a Condensed Rotational Separation distillation process on the permeate gas stream of the membrane is analyzed and compared with a hybrid amine – CRS process. Both energy and volume use can be reduced by at least a factor 2.
