Abstract

We propose and experimentally demonstrate fiber-wireless-fiber link suited for emergency situation. The proposed system has throughput comparable with fiber-optic communication. Capacity of 109.6 Gb/s over two spans of 80-km SMF and 2x2 MIMO is demonstrated.
