Abstract
T1 of 1H and 133Cs in two Ising-like antiferromagnets and an Ising-like ferromagnet are measured in the paramagnetic phase. The relaxation rates of the antiferromagnets show an activation-type temperature dependence in a wide temperature range which can be explained with a diffusive soliton model.
