Abstract

Mixed land use is a key part in modern urban planning theories. The benefits or effects of mixed land use are well qualitatively analysed but in need of more quantitative studies, so an accurate measure of mixed land use is necessary. This paper reviews traditional and new measures of mixed land use, and looks forward to an integrated evaluation system.
