Abstract

The symposium The Reality of the City. Continuity and Change in Urban Architecture: Learning from the Seventies has been a collaborative effort between Eindhoven University of Technology and Politecnico di Torino.
The invited architectural theorists and architects were asked to explain their relation towards urban reality through their own critical positions and projects, thereby pointing out specific problems for the contemporary discussion, starting from the cultural heritage of the seventies.
