Abstract

The essential oil of C. odorata from Vietnam, obtained by steam distn. of the leaves, was analyzed by a combination of gas chromatog. (GC) and GC/mass spectrometry. More than 40 components were found, with geijerene (42.5%) and b-cubebene (12.5%) as major constituents
