With the non-interceptive capacitive pick-up probes and experimental set-up described in part I a large number of measurements have been carried out. This paper discusses the dependences of beam properties such as the HF phase angle with respect to the dee voltage, the internal beam intensity, the extraction efficiency and the horizontal position of the external beam on cyclotron parameters such as isochronism, extraction voltage, fringing field gradient and amplitude and azimuthal position of a 1st harmonic field component.
