Abstract
dcSQUID operation of YBa2Cu3O7-y is investigated using point-contact devices. Special attention is paid to the indications of strong proximity effect in YBaCuO-tin point contacts. Investigations of heterocontacts between YBaCuO and tin, and between niobium and tin, are presented, both above and below the critical temperature of tin.
