Abstract

The results of E. S. Meieran and D. A. Thomas (1965) explain the findings of S. Nagajima and H. Okazaki (1967). However, the nature of the twisting of the ribbons remains unclear. The swaging, rolling, and drawing textures are discussed. Cylindrical texture is related to the rolling texture of W sheets. [on SciFinder (R)]
