Abstract
The invention relates to a radiation curable powder paint binder composition comprising a radiation curable compound being a mono or multi valent carboxylic ester of a beta, gamma, delta, or epsi-hydroxyalkylamide group containing compound, in which the carboxylic ester is derived from an alpha, beta-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid.
