Abstract

Thermally stable, moisture-curable powder-paint composition with a glass transition temperature of ≥ 30 °C or a melting temperature ≥ 30 °C, comprising a polymer and optionally a crosslinker. At least one of these components contains a moisture-latent reactive group. The polymer is selected from the group consisting of a saturated polyester, unsaturated polyester, polyacrylate, polyurethane, polycarbonate, polybutadiene, polystyrene, polysiloxane, or a copolimer hereof. The moisture-latent reactive group is a moisture-latent amine group, a hydrolysable silyl group, a moisture-latent alcohol, a moisture-latent acid, a moisture-latent aldehyde group or a moisture-latent ketone group.
