Abstract
As part of my Master Electrical Engineering I did an internship at the NUS in Singapore. The lab recently changed its name to CUTE Center, but was formerly known as Mixed Reality Lab. CUTE in this context stands for Connective Ubiquitous Technology for Embodiments, but also emphasizes their focus on soft, huggable and playful electronics. The lab has a branch in Singapore at the NUS and in Tokyo, Japan at Keio University and is headed by Professor Adrian Cheok. During my 5 month stay I worked on two projects Petimo and AmbiKraf. In this document I will explain the two projects, highlight my part in them and evaluate them.
