Abstract

The scalability of a dynamic metro-access network with SOA-based multiband-OADM nodes at 100Gbps-PAM4//λ is experimentally assessed. Results show data transmission traversing five nodes (total 150 km link) with power penalties ranging from 0.3dB to 4.6dB.
