    Abstract

    In this study, it is assumed that the parameters of the distribution-moment (DM) model are distributed homogeneously in the muscle tissue. A simplified 1D model of the muscle-tendon complex is used to identify the unknown parameters. These parameters are important since they provide reasonable description of the isometric muscle torque's of the tibialis anterior of the rat at different stimulation frequencies
