Abstract
A CLCC resonant converter to be used in an isolated power supply is operated using optimal trajectory control (OTC). As a consequence, the converter's inner loop behavior is changed to that of a controlled current source. The controller is implemented in an FPGA. Simulation results and recorded transient waveforms show both the intended and actual converter operation.
