    Abstract

An outline is given for neutron activation analysis (NAA) investigators and laboratory managers on how to find opportunities for the implementation of instrumental neutron activation analysis in environmental practice. Aspects such as marketing to possible users in government, university and industry, and the role of the NAA laboratory as part of an interdisciplinary team for environmental research are discussed.
