Abstract

A feedback mechanism to suppress relaxation oscillations and narrow laser linewidth at all feedback phase values is demonstrated in a monolithically integrated multi-wevelength laser. Damped relaxation oscillations are demonstrated with a measured linewidth of 400 kHz for two simultaneous channels.
